Kerala Onam flower carpets design
And considering where Mahabali is coming from, you just know that
he is not going to be as judgemental as that Santa Claus fella' from
the North Pole! No 'naughty or nice' list for him!
You know that the Kerala festival of Onam is around the corner when you find yourself surrounded by flower carpets everywhere you go! These designs have all been made by the medical and para-medical staff at the hospital where I work.

Mahabali Kerala Flower carpets Onam

And yes, I too contribute to the beauty of the designs... by allowing them to lock me inside another room so that I can't trip over and destroy their hard work! (They have obviously heard stories from my college batchmates, I guess... selfless doctor in the house, yo!)

Onam Selfie FTW!

Did I say selfless doc? I obviously meant selfies doc! :D

P.S. Have you checked out the traditional Onam sadya (feast)? Do click here.

  1. That's a lot of effort they've gone through. I'm sure other people probably trip over it too! :D

Sadly, nobody seems to value the effort I make to test their carpets that much!
